For establishing your needs, undertaking research and making a recommendation, we will charge a fee. Once we have presented our recommendation our fee is payable on application to the lender.

Fees may vary depending on the complexity of your requirements, but these will be agreed with you in advance after your initial free consultation meeting and will be detailed clearly in our client agreement. If you choose to proceed with our recommendation and the mortgage goes ahead, we will also be paid commission from the lender for arranging the mortgage on your behalf.
Rachel has over 25 years’ experience working in Financial Services and is a qualified mortgage and protection adviser with the Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) qualification. Her experience across sales, marketing, product development, and business development roles gives her a great understanding of lenders and the wider market.
Rachel lives in Abergavenny, and in her spare time loves going to watch her regional and national Rugby teams and enjoys travelling.
