Our service is always tailored to your individual circumstances and needs giving you confidence that you are getting suitable advice and our full support throughout the process of buying or remortgaging your property.
What does an independent adviser do for you?
We navigate the market for you saving you precious time and giving you the reassurance of the most suitable advice.
Think of Seymour Mortgage Solutions as a “one-stop” mortgage and protection advice centre taking away the stress of dealing with the lenders and insurers yourself.
We offer a free first consultation appointment at a location and time convenient for you, fitting in around your normal daily schedule.
Only a qualified independent adviser can help you with difficult circumstances that some lenders will not consider such as unusual construction, poor credit history, and self-build mortgages.
We even have access to exclusive deals which you would not be able to get by going direct to the lender yourself. Why look anywhere else?
How much will you have to pay for our independent mortgage advice?
For establishing your needs, undertaking research and making a recommendation, we will charge a fee. Once we have presented our recommendation our fee is payable on application to the lender.
Our typical fee is:
- £395 for Residential purchase or remortgage applications OR
- £595 for Buy to Let, Impaired credit or Bridging Finance or debt consolidation OR
- £150 for an existing lender product transfer.
Fees may vary depending on the complexity of your requirements, but these will be agreed with you in advance after your initial free consultation meeting and will be detailed clearly in our client agreement. If you choose to proceed with our recommendation and the mortgage goes ahead, we will also be paid commission from the lender for arranging the mortgage on your behalf.
